Hosting and server log files<\/h2><p>This website is operated by Alfahosting GmbH, Edmund-von-Lippmann-Stra\u00dfe 13-15, 06112 Halle (Saale), Germany. Entries are automatically checked for typical spam patterns before being sent; this check runs on our server, and no data is transmitted to third parties.<\/p><p>Your enquiry will be forwarded by email to the relevant members of staff, copied to the service provider responsible for the technical maintenance of the website, and stored in the website's database. We use the information exclusively to process your enquiry and to get in touch with you. The same applies if you contact us by email or telephone.<\/p><p>The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR, insofar as your enquiry is directed towards a contract or the initiation of one, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in responding to enquiries addressed to us. The mandatory fields are required for processing. Applications<\/h2><p>If you apply to us, for example via the contact form, by email or through a job advertisement on JOIN, we will process your details and documents to carry out the application process. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 88 GDPR. If no employment relationship is established, we will delete your documents no later than six months after the end of the process, unless you have consented to longer retention.<\/p><h2 class=\"fg-mark\">9. Videos from YouTube<\/h2><p>On individual pages, we embed videos from the YouTube platform. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The video is only loaded once you click \u201eLoad once\u201c or \u201eAlways allow\u201c. No connection to YouTube is established before this.<\/p><p>Following your click, we use the enhanced privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Even so, Google will receive your IP address, the page visited and technical information about your device, and YouTube may set cookies when playing. A transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the adequacy decision of the European Commission of 10 July 2023 (Art. 45 GDPR).<\/p><p>The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG, which you can revoke at any time via the cookie settings. A connection to the JOIN servers is then established, during which your IP address and technical information about your browser are transmitted.<\/p><p>The legal basis is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which you grant by clicking. An adequacy decision by the EU Commission exists for Switzerland (Art. 45 GDPR). Fonts, maps and further content<\/h2><p>The fonts used on this website are hosted on our own server and loaded from there. No connection is made to Google or other font providers. Recipients and retention period<\/h2><p>Within our company, only those departments that need them for processing are given access to your data. If your enquiry concerns another company in the Fehlings Group, we will forward it to them insofar as this is necessary to answer it.
