The range
Between rail and sleeper sits the component that is used most frequently in track construction and noticed the least: the rail fastening. It holds the rail in position, transfers the forces into the sleeper and determines whether a track runs smoothly.
We keep common rail fastenings in stock at Marl-Sinsen, allowing us to deliver both large and small orders quickly. Thanks to our direct lines of communication with our long-standing supply partners, you will also receive a prompt quotation for custom-requested parts.
Coach screws connect the ribbed plate and the sleeper. We have the standard versions Ss5, Ss8, and Ss35/Uls7 in stock and also carry special coach screws such as Ss2, Ss7, or Ss24 with a threaded-on Fe6 spring washer. In addition, we procure all shapes and dimensions.
Ribbed plates lie between the rail foot and wooden sleeper. Their ribs accommodate the rail foot, distribute the load over a larger area and prevent the rail from cutting into the timber. We keep them in stock in a wide variety of designs and dimensions in Marl-Sinsen, including the Rph1-160, the Rp01/01 and the Srp1. Further designs available on request.
Spring washers secure the screw connection against loosening and maintain the preload. In our warehouse, we stock standardised spring washers such as the double spring washers Fe6 and the triple ones Fe19. Special spring washers such as the single Fe7 or the double Fe24 are also available immediately.
Where sleeper screws, spring washers and ribbed plates are used, the hook bolt is indispensable. It holds the rail foot against the ribbed plate. Our stocked items include the Hs26/65 and Hs32/55, as well as special dimensions such as the Hs32/90 hook bolt.
For elastic fastenings of the KS design, meaning the completion of the „KS design" rail fastening system, we keep tension clamps in the Skl 1/97, Skl 12 and Skl 14 versions in stock. We can answer your individual enquiry promptly through direct contact with our delivery partner.
