The range
We supply rails for every application: from Vignole rails in main line tracks to grooved rails for tramways and crane rails for industrial use. New and used.
Upon request, we also undertake further processing: cutting, bending, and track and fishplate punching.
The Vignole rail is the classic railway rail and by far the most commonly used type of rail. Its characteristic cross-section of head, web and wide base makes it stable and easy to fasten. It is used in mainline tracks, industrial tracks and siding tracks.
We supply new rails in lengths of 12, 15, 18, 30, 60 and 120 metres in all standard and special grades. The 120-metre length is available for each of the S49, S54 and UIC 60 profiles.
We supply used Vignole rails in 12, 15 and 18 metres, with other lengths available upon request.

The grooved rail is installed wherever the track is embedded in a drivable or walkable surface: in tramways, on industrial sites, at level crossings and in port facilities. The wheel flange runs in a groove, while the surface remains flat and trafficable.
We supply new grooved rails primarily in lengths of 12, 15 and 18 metres in all standard and special grades, and used ones upon request.
In addition, we undertake the route planning and prefabrication of complete grooved rail tracks.

Stock list based on the delivery range of our partner Heinrich Krug GmbH & Co. KG. We now stock grooved rails in lengths of 12, 15 and 18 metres. Further steel grades and designs are available upon request. Which steel grade corresponds to which minimum tensile strength can be found in the Quality overview.
Check rails form the counterpart to grooved rails and ensure track guidance in paved track. They are used, among other places, at level crossings, in switch areas and on curves.
We supply grooved rails in standard profiles, new and used. Get in touch with us regarding your requirements.

Crane rails support gantry cranes, overhead travelling cranes and workshop cranes. They are designed for high point loads and differ significantly in profile from railway rails.
Together with our partner Heinrich Krug, we supply all common crane rail profiles, mostly from stock, in particular the A45 to A150 series in accordance with DIN 536 as well as flat and special profiles. In addition, we offer complete processing: cutting to fixed lengths, right-angled or mitre cuts, milling for fixing points, reducing the rail base width and stepped joints.
Our specialist department for crane runway technology will advise you on crane rails, fixing materials, installation, as well as material and installation technology. Upon request, we can support your project from planning through to delivery and carry out on-site installation, including documentation via measurement reports and the welding of rail joints.
We also supply the following for the crane runway system:
The strength of a rail lies not in its profile, but in its steel. Every profile is available in several grades: the same geometry, different hardnesses of the running surface. Which grade is the right one is decided by the load: curve radius, axle load, type of traffic.
