As a subsidiary of the Fehlings Group, Künstler Bahntechnik complements our dealer profile with the in-house production of custom track systems. Production takes place at locations in western and eastern Germany, in Hamm and Röblingen, in order to be able to supply customers nationwide at short notice and close to the customer.
The range of services includes point and switch construction, rail maintenance, and resilient systems for vibration and noise reduction. Our track systems are designed for extreme conditions: from snow and sand to temperature fluctuations, as well as increasing axle loads and speeds. In addition, sleeper processing is carried out at our Marl-Sinsen facility.
Development and manufacture of customer-specific switch systems, from Vignole and grooved rail switches to crossings and complete switch systems.
Cutting and bending of rails to the most modern CNC standard, sawing and punching for precise manufacturing according to plan.
Customised elastic mounting systems for the reduction of vibration, noise and stray currents, for example RCS®, DELTA-Lager® and VIBREX®.
The bicycle-safe track: A rubber profile fills the flangeway and prevents bicycle tyres from getting trapped.
Plateing, milling, drilling and pre-assembly. With InsideFume®, eight years more service life for wooden sleepers.
