Small track materials accrue in large quantities during track dismantling: sleeper screws, spring washers, ribbed plates, clamping plates, and fishplates. At Marl-Sinsen we inspect, sort and recondition fastening materials — for example, by sandblasting ribbed plates in our sandblasting facilities. Suitable parts return to the market as used material, while the remainder goes for material recycling.
